As a leading service provider in the field of microarray, CD Genomics is committed to designing and developing various useful microarray tools for scientific research and non-clinical research. Our microarray test platform provides a full range of analysis services on the relationship between microarray-based cancer signal pathway regulation and miRNA to help our global customers conduct relevant research and reduce research costs. With our time-tested capabilities and expertise, we are confident to provide you with quality services to escort your research.
The information exchange between cancer cells and the surrounding microenvironment is considered to be the basis of tumor development, progression, invasion, and final metastasis, and the communication between tumor microenvironment cells and cancer cells is achieved through miRNAs. The relatively conservative miRNAs in the phylogeny are involved in many biological processes, including cell cycle control, apoptosis, vascular development, cell differentiation, immune control, and metabolism. It is also involved in the regulation of signal transduction pathways involved in the occurrence, metastasis mode, and development of cancer. Many studies on the drug resistance of chemotherapeutics have shown that miRNAs participate in the drug resistance of tumor cells by targeting genes related to drug resistance or genes related to cell proliferation, cell cycle, and apoptosis. The role of the microenvironment composed of stromal stem cells, progenitor cells, cancer-related fibroblasts, immunoinflammatory cells, endothelial cells, and pericytes is to change the progression of tumors at their sites or to put them in a dormant state. Serum, plasma, urine, saliva, semen, amniotic fluid, and pleural effusion have unique miRNA expression profiles, so microRNA has broad prospects as a predictor of treatment response.

We select miRNAs related to cancer regulation from publicly reported classic literature and databases to form a unique sequence set, including proliferation, apoptosis, metastasis, adhesion, and angiogenesis. At the same time, our probes also contain fragments encoding adjacent regions of miRNA and protein-coding sequences related to these processes. You can add custom sequences to our sequence collection to form custom microarrays. Our microarray platform can provide high-quality microarray printing services. We currently accept samples from humans, rats, and mice. If you have research needs for other laboratory animals, you can customize them. Our microarray service platform can provide one-stop detection and analysis services, from sample pre-processing, target preparation, microarray detection to data analysis.
