CD Genomics is a world-leading company that can provide the best solutions for global customers in the field of microarrays. We provide a variety of histone detection peptide microarray products and corresponding detection services to accelerate the high-throughput detection of histones and their modifications. We guarantee to provide first-class products and excellent service to customers all over the world.
Histone post-translational modification (PTM) is an indispensable part of the regulation of all DNA template functions. It mainly promotes chromatin function by recruiting effector proteins containing specialized "reader" domains. The interaction of these effectors with their histone PTM is thought to either confer specificity to chromatin-related proteins or complexes, or to specific regions of the genome or may lead to allosteric regulation of related proteins or complexes. It seems to imply that the importance of reading domain interactions in chromatin function has been emphasized, and these domains are frequently mutated in a wide range of human diseases, including cancer. Although a large number of reader domains are characterized by their histone binding specificity, the characteristics of many of these domains are still not fully understood. Peptide microarrays have been widely used in the characterization of histone readers and the analysis of reader domain-histone interactions.
Our histone microarray series includes 4 prefabricated products, 2 peptide microarray products and 2 antibody microarray products, which can meet a variety of research needs. Microarrays can perform a parallel and competitive analysis of thousands of individual peptide-antibody interactions with minimal material consumption. If you have a probe set you are interested in, you can also customize the printing service. These four products can be applied to the interactive analysis of histone readers, writers and erasers, as well as the specific screening of histone antibodies. In addition, the study of histone post-translational modification has further stimulated research on the regulation of gene expression in the pathophysiological process of cancer and other diseases.
CD Genomics provides high-quality products and services for the rapid detection of histone post-translational modification related research. We can provide prefabricated microarray and customized microarray services according to your research goals. With a large team of scientists and a well-equipped array production platform and testing experiment platform, we can provide a broad and comprehensive combination of laboratories and manufacturing services. We have comprehensive capabilities and are committed to working with customers all over the world to meet your specific requirements. Please contact us for more details.

+ CDMP-102 | Histone Code Peptide Microarrays | Online Inquiry | |
Description: The histone-encoded peptide microarray uses peptides from histone H1, histone H2A, histone H2B, histone H3 and histone H4 as probe probe sets, including corresponding PTMs, which can be used as reporter sites (E.g. acetylation, methylation, phosphorylation, citrullination...) PTMs represent all potential variants in various combinations. |
