Lysate Microarray Technology for Quantitative Analysis

Reversed phase lysate array technology has broad application prospects. For example, lysate microarray can be used as a tool for system-level signal research and multiple analysis of disease biomarkers to realize the verification and quantification of molecular markers. Reversed-phase lysate array technology has broad application prospects. For example, lysate microarray can be used as a tool for system-level signal research and multiple analysis of disease biomarkers to achieve high-throughput molecular marker verification and quantification. One of the main goals of systems biology is to reveal and model the complex relationships between living cells and proteins in organisms. The lysate microarray technology is particularly suitable for system-level research. Thousands of biological samples can be arranged on different substrates, and each printed array can be queried with different detection antibodies. This format allows dense sampling of information at the protein level in a high-throughput manner and has broad prospects. In addition, this technology can be used to study genetic perturbations of marker genes. Genetic perturbations have been widely used to clarify gene functions in biological research, which helps us understand the relationship between gene and protein functions.

Service

We provide lysate microarray services based on microarray printing. This service is mainly for fully customized products. The high-density lysate array can screen thousands of targets at a time. The specific screening quantity depends on the antibody efficiency, which can be verified and quantified by molecular markers. The specific service process includes sample pre-processing, microarray production, microarray testing, and data analysis. You can send the sample to us after preliminary processing, or you can send a fresh sample to us. At the same time, communicate with our expert team to conduct microarray design, including dilution factor, specifications, etc. After designing, we print the processed samples on a suitable substrate to form a lysate array. Then use our microarray detection platform to complete the follow-up detection and harvest the data. Finally, our bioinformatics team will help you with data processing and analysis. You can also choose to terminate the project at the step of forming the lysate microarray, or choose multiple copies, and we will send the remaining samples together with the samples.

Our Benefits

CD Genomics provides customized lysate microarray services. We have a large team of scientists with a solid academic foundation and cooperate with researchers in basic biology and biomedical projects from all over the world. The advantage of choosing an analytical testing outsourcing testing service is that there is no need to consider any other costs (such as equipment and laboratory space), and it saves supervision or management. This advanced technology can quickly turn around and provide reliable results, thereby saving valuable time and resources. Please contact us for more detailed information.
