MicroRNA (miRNA) is a short non-coding RNA molecule that plays a role in the post-transcriptional regulation of gene expression. miRNA can be used as a guide molecule to initiate protein translation inhibition by partially or completely binding to the target mRNA in the 3'untranslated region. More and more studies have shown that miRNA is involved in a variety of cellular pathways, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Therefore, the study of miRNA expression profiles is becoming more and more important. miRNA and transcript are interdependent and usually form a feedback loop. One disorder may alter the expression of the other, and both are involved in many physiological processes, including immune regulation. Bioinformatics and genetic analysis indicate that the miRNA genes present in the genomes of mice, humans, fruit flies, Caenorhabditis elegans, Arabidopsis, viruses, and fungi are unique and are expressed in a controlled manner. Many miRNAs are highly conserved in animals and plants and have unique tissue-specific, developmental stage-specific, or disease-specific patterns. Microarrays have made important contributions to related basic research and applied research, and transformed the medical practice into more personalized research.

Our microarray miRNA expression analysis service is designed to study the role of miRNA in biogenesis, tissue distribution, the difference between normal and abnormal miRNA expression, disease characteristics, stem cell development, pathway mapping, mechanism of action, and tumorigenesis Scientific research workers provide assistance. The probe content comes from the National Center for Biotechnology Information Reference Sequence (NCBI RefSeq) database and our own database. You can choose to customize microarray products with different specifications and probe numbers for testing. The specific service process includes customized service content, microarray design, printing, testing, data analysis, and annotation.
